Keeping your Avon.com account secure is a top priority, and that starts with a strong password. Your password must be between 8–18 characters with a combination of letters and numbers and at least 1 symbol.

Forgot your password? No worries! Just enter your lowercase email on the sign-in page and click “Forgot password.” Your new password must be different from the old one but still follow the same strength rules.

For extra security, we’ll verify your identity with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). You’ll choose whether we call your home or mobile phone to confirm your sign-in. Depending on your choice, you’ll see a message like:

Want the full Avon experience? Explore everything from New & Now to Special Offers, or use the search bar to find exactly what you need. The Site Map is there if you like things laid out by category or brand. Once you find your faves, check out just like you would in the catalog.

3. Shop by Product Number
Already know what you want? Enter the 6-digit product number or product name and quantity, then click “Add to Bag.” Not sure of the number? Enter a keyword then the magnifying glass and results will appear below. Add what you need, then check out just like usual.

Modifying Orders

You can review your bag and total before submitting your order. Once it’s placed, it goes straight to the warehouse and enters “Processing”—so changes can’t be made. If you need to, you can return any unwanted items for a refund.

Shipping and Handling Charges

Enjoy safe, secure shopping with delivery right to your door. I ship anywhere in the contiguous U.S. Most in-stock items ship within 2–3 business days. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation by email once your order’s on its way. You’re only billed for the items that ship.

Shipping rates:

• Free Standard Shipping on orders of $60+ (contiguous U.S. only, no code needed)
• $8 Flat Rate on orders under $60 (4–7 business days)
• Expedited: $15.90 (2–3 business days)
• Overnight: $24.90 (next business day)

Note: Additional surcharges apply to Alaska and Hawaii. Free shipping offer is valid with Standard Shipping only and cannot be applied to expedited methods. Taxes do not count toward the free shipping minimum.

State and Local Taxes

Avon collects sales tax as required by law. Taxes are based on your shipping address and apply to the order total, including shipping and handling—except in ID, IL, MA, NJ, and OK, where only merchandise is taxed. You’ll see an estimate at checkout and the final tax in your shipping confirmation.

Payments methods

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and gift cards with Visa or MasterCard logos. You can securely save up to 5 cards in your account for faster checkout.

For your protection, we require the 3- or 4-digit code from your card. All payments are subject to verification, and Avon reserves the right to decline transactions involving suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

For Ambassador Delivery, I also accept PayPal, debit/credit cards, cash, money orders, and personal checks (a 10-day hold may apply for checks).

Shipping Information

All items ship to one address per order. In-stock products ship within 2–3 business days. Expedited orders placed by 12:30 PM EST (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays) ship the same day. Later orders ship the next business day.

Please note: Avon does not offer expedited shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We also do not ship to third-party shippers.
