Explore the interactive Avon Digital Catalog for a new way to experience Avon, available 24/7 with changing campaigns every two weeks. As a New Customer, you’ll enjoy special prices and exclusive offers when you shop with an Avon Representative like the Avon Lady of NJ. Create an Avon Account to conveniently place beauty orders and store your payment information. Review our Return Policy and follow the instructions below to shop at my Avon Store.

  • Register as a new customer with Avon for easy shopping. Provide your name, email, password, and password hint. You can complete the remaining account details later. Alternatively, you can shop as a Guest Shopper, but we still require your email for order communication. New customers must fill in the *required fields and use a 7-18 character password (letters and numbers only). Confirm your interest in receiving exclusive offers, new product info, trends, and more by saying “Yes! Sign me up!” You can update your Email Preferences anytime by signing in, going to My Account, and selecting My Profile. Customize frequency, preferences, and unsubscribe. Get text messages for new offers and AVON updates too. Ensure you read and agree to our Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions. Remember, your email and password are all you need to sign in each time. For returning customers, sign in using your registered email and password to access the following features on the top page navigation where it says “Hi, (Your Name)” then “My Account” to:
    – View order history and track orders
    – Add items to your Wish List and share it with others
    – Change your password and password hint
    – Update billing and shipping address
    – Save credit card information
    – Select or change your Representative
    – Update email preferences.
  • Password Help: To ensure your security on, a password is required to access your account. Passwords should be 8-18 characters long, containing letters, numbers, and at least 1 symbol. Forgotten your password? No worries! Simply enter your lowercase email address on the sign-in page at and click on the ‘Forgot password‘ link. The new password must be different from the previous one, with a length of 8-18 characters, and include a combination of letters, numbers, and at least 1 symbol. For additional security, we need to validate your request. You’ll be asked to choose between your home or mobile phone number for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to call. Depending on your choice, you’ll receive one of these messages: “We’re calling your home phone (xxx-xxx-1324) to confirm your sign-in” or “We’re calling your mobile (xxx-xxx-1234) to confirm your sign-in.” After answering the call to validate your request, you can create a new password on’s sign-in page.   • There are three easy ways to shop: First Way is to Shop the Digital Catalog – Browse the latest brochure pages, click on a product, and order easily online. Use “Add to Bag” to put products and quantities in your Shopping Bag. Click “View Product Details” to see more information and larger images, including the full description and ingredients. Read Customer Reviews to help with your decision. You can also add items to your Wish List, but you need to Sign In or Create a new Account. To return to the brochure, click “Back to Digital Brochure.” When you’re ready to check out, click “View Bag & Checkout” to review your Shopping Bag and take advantage of any special offers or free shipping. You can change quantities, remove products, and apply a Coupon Code before completing your checkout. Don’t forget to add a free brochure to your bag on the right sidebar under “Your Special Offer.” Proceed to Checkout to provide your personal, shipping, and billing information. Second Way is to Shop the Avon Online Store – Explore the entire store through Shop Categories, New & Now, and Special Offers sections. Use the search box at the top right to find specific products using keywords. The Site Map lists all the categories, brands, the Avon Insider Blog, and landing pages. Follow the instructions mentioned above for adding products and checking out. Third Way is to Shop by Product Number – Select the current or previous Campaign number and enter the 6-digit product numbers along with the desired quantity. Click “Add to Bag.” If you don’t know the item or Campaign number, use the “Search By Product Name” field by entering all or part of the product name and then search. Use the “Add to Form” button in the search results popup to add the selected item number to the Shop by Product Number order form. Once your form is complete, click “Add to Bag” to add items to your Shopping Bag. Follow the instructions mentioned above for checking out.
  • Save with an Avon Coupon Code! Codes can be obtained by signing up for emails or checking our website. Enter the complete code at checkout in the designated box. codes are not case sensitive. Details of the offer will be displayed at checkout. Minimum merchandise purchase may be required (excluding shipping and taxes). The promotion will be applied to your shopping bag and order confirmation. Only one code per order. Certain codes are specific to email addresses or for single use. All codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last, and expire once used.
  • To modify your order, review and edit the contents and totals in ‘Your Shopping Bag’ before submitting. Once the order is successfully submitted, it enters ‘Processing’ status and is quickly sent to the warehouse for shipping preparation. After submission, no further changes can be made. Unwanted items can be returned for a credit to your card.

  • State and Local Taxes: Internet sales are subject to sales and use taxes. The Avon Company operates nationwide and must comply with state and local laws regarding sales tax collection. Therefore, Avon is obligated to collect taxes on merchandise sold online or in any other manner. If a vendor does not charge sales tax, the purchaser is responsible for remitting the tax to the appropriate jurisdiction. The taxes applicable to your order, based on the shipping location, will be added with an estimated amount displayed during the ordering process. The actual tax amount will be indicated in the Shipping Confirmation email after your order has been shipped. In all states except ID, IL, MA, NJ, and OK, state and local sales taxes are calculated based on the merchandise subtotal, including shipping and handling. For faster checkout you can store up to 10 different credit cards in your account. You may edit or delete this information at any time. For your security, Avon requires you to enter your 3 or 4 digit card identification number (CID/CVV). For Visa, MasterCard, and Discover, this can be found on the back of the card. It is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number. For American Express, it is the 4 digits that can be found on the front of the card. All forms of payment are subject to verification and review by Avon. We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. As your Avon Representative, Personal Delivery orders can be paid by PayPal, debit/credit card, cash, money order or personal checks (10-day hold to ensure clearing of the funds may be required prior to order delivery).
  • Shipping Information: For orders shipped directly to you, the following applies: All items in your order must be sent to a single “ship to” address. In-Stock items ship within 2 – 3 business days after the order is received. We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships. Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped. You may request Standard Ground, Expedited 2 Business Day Delivery or Expedited Next Business Day Delivery. Please note: Avon does not offer 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO). Orders placed with an expedited shipping method by 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped out the same business day.
