  • New Customer Registration. Make shopping with Avon easier by creating an account. All you need to enter is your name, email address, password and a password hint. You can fill out the rest of your account information at your leisure. We also offer the option of shopping as a Guest Shopper. We’ll still need your email address when you place your order in case we need to contact you. New customers will need to complete the *required fields and your password must be 7-18 characters (letters and numbers only). Say “Yes! Sign me up to receive email exclusive offers, new product info, the latest trends and more!” so I can send emails and promotions to your inbox. At any time, you can update your Email Preferences by signing into your account, going to My Account on top right navigation bar and then selecting My Profile. You can change the frequency, what you would like to hear about and unsubscribe. You can also receive text messages on new offers and AVON updates. Don’t forget to check that you have read our Privacy Statement and Terms and Conditions of Use and agree to their terms. Use ADD TO BAG to put product/quantity in your SHOPPING BAG. Click on “View Product Details” to go to its product page to see more and larger images, full Description and Ingredients. Don’t forget to read Customer Reviews to help make your final decision. You can ADD TO WISH LIST to save items for future use but you need to Sign In to your Account or Create a new Account. Once on the product page, click on “Back to Digital Brochure” to return to the brochure and continue looking through the brochure pages where you left off. Once you’ve added products, you can VIEW BAG & CHECKOUT and review your SHOPPING BAG before you submit the final order. Here is where you also will find alerts if you qualify for special offers and how close you are away from FREE SHIPPING. You can change quantities or remove products, as well as apply a COUPON CODE prior to completing your checkout. You can select the current or prior Campaign number, enter the 6-digit product numbers and the quantity you would like and the ADD TO BAG. If you don’t know the item number or the Campaign number, use the Search By Product Name field by entering all or part of the product name into the ‘Product Name’ field, and then SEARCH. Use the ADD TO FORM button in the search results popup window to add the selected item number to the above Shop by Product Number order form. When you have your form complete, ADD TO BAG will add items to you SHOPPING BAG. Follow above instructions from “Once you’ve added products”.
  • Use an Avon Coupon Code and Save! Coupon codes may be received by signing up for email or we may have a promotion posted on the website. You must enter the complete code in the coupon code box at checkout. coupon codes are not case sensitive. You will see the details of the offer in the coupon code box at checkout. There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (excluding shipping and taxes). The promotion will be reflected in your shopping bag and order confirmation. You may only use one coupon code per order. Some codes are email address specific and/or for one time use only. All coupon codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired.
  • Modifying Orders. Before the final submit of your order, please review the contents and amount totals in ‘Your Shopping Bag’ and make edits. Once your order has been submitted successfully, the order will be in a ‘Processing’ status and almost immediately is sent to the warehouse to be prepared for shipping. No further changes can be made. You can return any unwanted items and a credit will be applied to your card.

  • Shipping Information: For orders shipped directly to you, the following applies: All items in your order must be sent to a single “ship to” address. In-Stock items ship within 2 – 3 business days after the order is received. We will send a shipping confirmation to the email address on file when the order ships. Your credit card will be billed ONLY for the items shipped. You may request Standard Ground, Expedited 2 Business Day Delivery or Expedited Next Business Day Delivery. Please note: Avon does not offer 2 Business Day or Next Business Day Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes or Armed Forces (APO, FPO, DPO). Orders placed with an expedited shipping method by 12:30 PM Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), will be shipped out the same business day. Expedited orders placed after 12:30 PM EST and on weekends and holidays will be shipped the following business day. A valid United States address is required.
