My Avon Story
I’ve been with Avon since 2010, but my love for the brand goes back decades. What began as a loyal customer journey grew into something so much more—today, I’m proud to be an Ambassador helping others build businesses they love. People inspire me, and there’s nothing better than seeing customers discover the beauty products that make them feel confident and team members succeed in rewriting their own stories.
How I Built My Business
One year in, I stepped into leadership and grew my Passionately Avon USA Team. From just six recruits in 2011 to a thriving group today, I built my career with perseverance, strategy, and passion. Success didn’t happen overnight, but with the right mindset and support, it became possible.
I started by sharing Avon with family and friends, never imagining how far it would take me. What began face-to-face has grown into a thriving online business. Along the way, I’ve reached milestones I never dreamed of—like being a top Ambassador with $10,000+ in sales for 11 consecutive years and even earning the #1 in NJ for sales growth in 2021.
But here’s the truth: real success takes time. My first year was all about learning. Year two brought steady growth. By year three, I was earning consistently and reaping the rewards. Avon, like life, is a journey that requires patience, dedication, and a willingness to grow.
