Today, Avon philanthropy focuses its funding on breast cancer research and access to care through the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade, and efforts to reduce domestic and gender violence through its Speak Out Against Domestic Violence program. The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer is a 39 mile, two day event that supports critical research and help ensure that all breast cancer patients can get the care they need. Show your support with official Avon Walk apparel, accessories and specials throughout the year!
Avon Pink Ribbon Products
Since 1992, the Avon Breast Cancer Crusade has been working tirelessly to help prevent, treat, and ultimately eradicate this disease. Avon sells specially designed and affordably priced “Pink Ribbon” products like those pictured above. All proceeds are awarded to organizations and institutions to help eradicate breast cancer, with grants made within the country in which the funds are raised.
Avon Empowerment Products
Domestic violence is a pattern of abuse with the goal of establishing or maintaining power and control over the victim. To help bring this issue out of the shadows, the Avon Foundation for Women launched Speak Out Against Domestic Violence, an initiative to build awareness, educate, and improve prevention and direct service programs. The mark. brand also offers m.powerment fundraising products to support the cause, focused on women 18-24 years old. In the U.S., all Avon fundraising products come with important information on the issue of domestic violence and resources for those seeking help.
The Avon Foundation, an accredited 501(c)(3) public charity, also accepts online donations. All donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, and your contribution makes an important difference. Donations of any amount are welcome. Donations can be made in honor or memory of someone special. You may also donate by mail.
