What if I have a problem with my order?
Avon offers an easy and convenient return policy. Return the unwanted item to the place your ordered it through, either an Avon distribution center or me, your Avon representative. Once your return is received and processed, a credit will be issued to your credit or debit card. Please allow at least two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
For DIRECT DELIVERY Orders: Once you place your online order, processing begins immediately and changes cannot be made. Many orders are processed, filled, and shipped the same business day. If you wish to return merchandise, please follow the merchandise return instructions located on the reverse side of your invoice form when your order arrives.
