In this video, celebrity makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan shows us how to make thin lips look fuller. Kelsey reveals a few simple tricks that you can use everyday to make full lips a part of your makeup routine.
To start out, Kelsey uses a Lip Liner to line lips just outside the natural edge in order to create an outline. Next, she fills in the entire lined area with a Matte Lipstick. PRO TIP: Make sure to use a pale pink or nude shade in order to get the best, most natural-looking results. Lastly, Kelsey uses a Lip Gloss to add shine and reflect light for maximum plumping.
