Ray grew up surrounded by fragrances. With a father who spent 50 years in Estée Lauder corporate sales, Ray tested perfumes from a young age and discovered a lifelong passion. Today, after 23 years in beauty and fragrance product development, Ray leads Avon’s fragrance category, creating iconic scents like Live Out Loud, LYRD, and Avon Senses.
Ray describes fragrance as “a way to tell a story, evoke a mood, and spark nostalgia.” Each scent is carefully crafted to inspire confidence and joy — a perfect blend of the familiar and the fresh.
