In this video, celebrity makeup artist Kelsey Deenihan shows us how to make thin lips look fuller. Kelsey reveals a few simple tricks that you can use everyday to make full lips a part of your makeup routine.
To start out, Kelsey uses a Lip Liner to line lips just outside the natural edge in order to create an outline. Next, she fills in the entire lined area with a Matte Lipstick.
