What do I get when I sign up?
Our starter collection gives you an incredible set of favorite products in full and sample sizes plus product-packed brochures (catalogs) to share. Please allow two business days for your Starter Collection to ship. Delivery is based on your zip code and can take between 5-7 business days.***
Our other sign-up options of $0 sign-up or a contribution to the American Cancer Society** (ACS) get you started with your own online store and digital tools, but do not include a starter collection, brochures or samples.

How do I earn and get paid?
First off, you’ll get 25% off your own orders of $40+ of beauty products (that includes makeup, skin care, personal care, health and wellness and more) as an Avon Representative, and you’ll earn 25% commission on beauty orders of $40+ from customers.
Getting paid is simple. You’ll get most of your earnings — from your online store orders, bonuses, incentive pay-outs, account credits, etc. — paid quickly and easily through the Avon Wallet payment portal.
For orders you deliver, your commissions are based on the difference between the discounted amount you pay and the full price your customer pays you. For example, you sell a lipstick to a customer for $10.00. If your commission level is 40%, you pay Avon $6.00, plus tax, and the rest is your profit.
Am I required to be connected to a Leader/Mentor?
A Leader is a successful Avon Representative who will share their tips and guidance and give you extra support to help you succeed.
If you want to sign up to join the team of someone who invited you, just enter their name or referral code during your sign-up. If you don’t know their referral code and their name doesn’t come up, please reach out them to get their code.
If you don’t want to sign up under someone, no worries — it’s not required. Just leave the field blank.
How often do I have to place customer orders?
Order as often as you want, whenever you want! Our most successful Representatives place orders each campaign (every two weeks), as well as share their online store link for 24/7 sales and commissions. To keep your account active and to stay up-to-date, we suggest placing an order in each campaign.

Try New Products Before Everyone Else – Avon Reps can order product demos before they are available publicly. You get to try the newest skin care and fragrance products, and wear the latest clothes and jewelry pieces. People will notice them and you will be able to answer their questions. Customers love seeing the newest products and it helps with future sales. Use it to gain new customers as while pursuing business goals with Avon. Avon samples are another great way to try new products at a low cost. Samples are fun freebies to offer your loyal customers. I see samples as a win-win in direct selling. I have converted many customers to a full-size product sale after sharing a sample with them.
Rewards & Recognition – If your annual sales get to $5,000 you reach the Premier Sales Level and your commission/discounts get raised to 30% on Beauty Orders and 20% on Fashion and Home Orders. This is for every order, with no minimum. If you sell $10,000 in annual sales, you reach President’s Club Sales Level and earn 40% on Beauty and 25% on Fashion & Home Orders. This is the minimum you can earn and your commission can increase as you sell more. You have the opportunity to earn cool trips (Destination Avon to Dominican Republic in April 2021), earn cash bonuses and higher commissions as you hit your goals (Pathway to Premier show you how to earn $3,300 in your first four months), as well as move up and grow your business (earn bonuses and earnings when you join Avon Leadership and build a team).

Avon Fundraising is an easy and super-rewarding way to grow your business while you connect with your community. This Mother’s Day, read about a few Representatives whose Avon journey is inspired by the women in their life.
Lydia is a Platinum Executive Leader who became a Representative after watching her mother grow a career out of selling Avon. “My mom was a Representative throughout my childhood, and her success with Avon was monumental,” she says. Today, Lydia and her brother lead the 2nd largest Avon team. Lydia’s favorite part about selling Avon is helping inspire other women—her daughters included. “I help women find products that reflect their strength, and every day I help women build their own businesses on their terms,” she explains. “Just like I did, my girls are growing up watching what it means to be your own boss.”
Marcella and her mother, Alba, are both Avon Representatives and members of the President’s Club.
